A neck lift is a cosmetic procedure in which Dr. Yuan will remove excess skin and fat from the neck to correct age-related wrinkling and creasing in this area.
Otoplasty or ear pinning is a cosmetic procedure that corrects misshapen or overly large ears.
Dr. Yuan can quickly and painlessly remove these skin growths. Specimens are sent to lab for pathology, and you’ll be notified of the results.
If you have split earlobes or have an earlobe deformity, Dr. Yuan can correct that in the office. This is a simple cosmetic procedure with minimal downtime.
Rhinoplasty or nose job is a surgical procedure in which Dr. Yuan reshapes the nose. Reshaping the nose is generally considered a cosmetic procedure, but if you have difficulty breathing through the nose, or feel that the shape doesn’t align with your desired gender, then it can be considered medically necessary.
If your upper eyelids are sagging from skin laxity and excess fat and skin, they tend to make you look older and tired. An upper eyelid surgery (or upper blepharoplasty) can improve the appearance by removing excess fat and skin around the upper eyelids (see photo). If you have heavy bags under the eyes, you can consider lower blepharoplasty in which Dr. Yuan tightens the area below the eyes. 
BREAST
Breast augmentation with silicone or saline-filled implants will give you the look you are looking for. Implant selection is based on size, shape, and projection.

A breast lift is a cosmetic procedure in which Dr. Yuan will remove excess skin and tighten the surrounding tissue around the breasts, to give them a new a shape and lift.
Breast reconstruction is a surgical procedure in which Dr. Yuan will recreate the breast tissue after a mastectomy or lumpectomy, using breast implants.
If you have large, heavy, sagging breasts that are causing you neck, back and shoulder pain, it might be time to consider breast reduction surgery. Breast reduction surgery is when excess breast tissue is removed. The amount removed is based on your body surface area. 
BODY
Abdominoplasty or commonly known as the tummy tuck, is a procedure where the excess fat and abdominal skin is removed, leaving a flatter stomach. 
One of the cons of losing too much weight is having excess sagging skin left behind. Sagging skin can be problematic, leading to skin irritation, excoriation, and rash. Unfortunately, there are no medications or creams that can improve skin laxity. Surgery is the treatment for skin laxity from massive weight loss.
Brazilian Butt Lift is a cosmetic procedure where fat is injected into the hip and gluteal area to give you a curvier look.
Liposuction is the removal of fat from any part of the body. Dr. Yuan can perform liposuction of the arms, thighs, head/neck, chin, abdomen, and trunk to create a sculpted slender look.
Thigh lift is a cosmetic procedure in which excess fat and skin from the thighs, resulting in slender thighs.
Upper arm lift or brachioplasty is a cosmetic procedure in which excess fat is removed, and skin is tightened to give you slender arms.
NON-SURGICAL
To remove wrinkles along the forehead and Crow’s feet (see photo below), Dr. Yuan will personally inject botulinum toxin into the skin (examples include: Xeomin, Jeaveau, and Daxxify). At higher doses, botulinum toxin can also be used to treat hypertrophy of the masseters (jaw muscles), which will reduce jaw pain and tension.

GENDER-AFFIRMING
Generally, body feminization or masculinization is an extensive surgery that removes fat from the undesired areas and if needed, the fat is placed in areas where curves are desired (hips and gluteal area for trans-gender females).
To create a more feminine look, Dr. Yuan offers gender-affirming breast augmentation with silicone implants. Saline-filled implants are also available. Implant selections are based on volume, shape, and projection.
Chest masculinization (aka top surgery) is a surgery in which all breast tissue is removed. 
Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) or facial masculinization surgery (FMS) involves changing your facial features to be aligned more with you. From brow lifts to rhinoplasty, Dr. Yuan can create the look that you always wanted.
Metoidioplasty is for transgender men, in which a penis is created from a hormonally enlarged clitoris. Due to the sensitive nature of the surgery, it’s best to schedule a consultation with Dr. Yuan.
Orchiectomy is a quick surgical procedure that involves the removal of the testicles. It’s important to note that the procedure will result in permanent sterility. Orchiectomy can also be performed during vaginoplasty (if you wanted that surgery as well).
Phalloplasty is a complex surgery that involves creating a penis for transgender men. Due to the sensitive nature of the topic, it’s best to schedule a consultation with Dr. Yuan.
