For medically-necessary cases, we can work with your PPO insurance as long as you have out-of-network benefits. However, since Dr. Yuan is considered out-of-network, you can expect to have a higher deductible compared to an in-network provider. For the initial visit, we will collect $250 which will go towards your deductible. For subsequent visits, the fee is $150 per visit. If your insurance determines that you owe more than what we collected, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. If your deductible is less than what we collected, we will refund you the difference.

• For non-medically-necessary cases, there will be a $250 consultation fee. After the initial consultation, a quote will be provided for the procedure. If you decide to have the procedure, the $250 can be applied to your quote. If you decide not to have the procedure, you have up to one year to redeem your credit of $250 for any product or service that we provide in the office such as Xeomin (botox), facial fillers, skincare products, LaseMD, or Emsculpt Neo. 

• Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check (made payable to Dr. Nance Yuan), Zelle, ACH/wire transfers, and credit cards. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Patient Fi - PatientFi

• PatientFi differs from CareCredit; it's considered a small loan with a low interest rate. The difference is that you pay over 3, 6, 9, 12, or 18 months at a low interest rate, but you receive no benefits if you pay everything off early.
