Do you offer financing?
Our office accepts all major credit cards (or any credit or debit card that displays a Visa, American Express, Diners, Discover, or MasterCard logo). All credit card transactions will include a 3% processing fee. We also accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, CareCredit, and PatientFi.
CareCredit is similar to Cherry and offers a 6-month payment plan (no interest if paid in full), and 24-month low APR with fixed payment, and 36-month low APR with fixed payments. Patient Fi offers fixed-rate loans (up to 18 months and up to $60,000, with a low interest rate). To check for an approval, click on PatientFi
Do you accept medical insurance?
Insurance applies to medically necessary procedures. Our office accepts most PPO insurances with out-of-network benefits. At this time, we do not accept HMOs or Medicare.
Are consultations free?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free consultations. The initial consultation fee is $250, which can be applied towards the cost of the procedure or surgery or any services or products that Dr. Yuan offers. You have up to one (1) year to use the credit in the office.
How many years of experience does Dr. Yuan have?
As of Sept 2025, Dr. Yuan has 10 years of experience. She has been practicing medicine since 2015. She graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, pursued a residency in plastic surgery, completed a fellowship in Genital Gender-Affirming Surgery, and worked with a group practice before establishing her own practice.
